Shipping

We ship all our products directly to you via UPS ground. Select the products you would like to purchase and the shipping will be automatically calculated upon checkout.

Returns

You may return our products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Refunds

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Communication Technologies, Inc.

How and When Refunds Are Processed

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item, and we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. 

If the return and refund do not appear in your account within two weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for further assistance.
